We asked ourselves that question for 10 years.  Should we buy a second home or a new permanent home?  We'd done that once in Florida.  Could we enjoy it this time?  Is it worth the cost?

Why Spain?

Americans in particular are buying in Spain as an alternative to the usual (and now more crowded!) sunshine states of the southeast and southwest.  They come to work as digital nomads, taking advantage of Spain's world-class communications; they come to live a more rewarding alternative lifestyle; and they come to invest in one of the best property markets in the world today!
